​How Do I Place an Order?


Please place your order online and we will do our best to fulfill it and ship it on the same day. As we are a home-based company, please note that occasionally we may need some extra time to fulfill the largest orders. We will notify you know if this is the case. 


Payment and Shipping


We are glad to offer free shipping on any orders above US$50.


We ship our products through USPS, generally in small size boxes, so look for those after you place your order!

Our fine jewelry is made of real Brazilian Gemstones and require careful packing to arrive in perfect conditions.

All the information about credit cards is kept confidential with the payment processing company, either Paypal, Square or WIX, depending on your choice of payment.

If the item is not what you expected, please let us know and we will gladly process your return. We can exchange your product or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Terms and Conditions



When will my package ship?


Most orders are prepared and shipped the morning immediately after the order is placed. We have a small operation, and the process is carefully done to ensure your products will arrive safely to your door. Weekend orders may take until Monday to be processed.


When will my package arrive?


Orders shipped within the continental USA typically arrive within five (5) business days, depending on the US Postal Service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email including delivery tracking numbers. If your order requires more than one shipment, you may receive more than one tracking number.


Shipment confirmation


You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your purchase has left our facilities. The shipping confirmation email will include delivery tracking information.


Track an order/delivery


To track you order from, please refer to the tracking number sent in the shipment confirmation email you receive.

​Returns and exchanges


We understand the despite our best efforts to provide you with the most accurate images and descriptions for our products, sometimes items may not be exactly what you expect, so we will gladly accept your returns. Just make sure it comes back in the original package!


To process your return please contact us


If you product arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to either replace it or issue a full refund if we don’t have the exact item that you ordered. Given the fact most of our products are handmade, there are some small variations from one piece to another, and sometimes we only have very few pieces of one specific product.

Our products come with a limited warranty of 90 days and we will do our best to resolve any problems. Please contact us if you are experiencing any issues.
